Associate Pastor Bruce Stinson
After playing church for several years, at the age of sixteen Bruce finally realized his need for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. On March 30, 1987, he admitted he was a sinner, asked Jesus Christ to forgive him and trusted Christ as his personal Savior. Soon after, Bruce began feeling the tug of God's call into full-time ministry. He enrolled into Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO and earned a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Theology. He’s furthered his education at both Baptist Bible Graduate School of Theology and Texas A & M University. Since 1993, he has served in youth, associate and pastoral ministry. In his spare time Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, playing Wii, watching Dallas Cowboys football and NASCAR.
Raised in a Christian home near Atlanta GA, Gina was exposed to the gospel at a very early age. At the age of five, in an AWANA program at church she received Christ as her personal Savior. By the age of 15 she was certain that she wanted to be in full-time Christian service - however God wanted to use her. After high school she went to Baptist Bible College and finished up her Elementary Education degree through Louisiana Baptist University. She’s enjoyed the opportunity to develop outreach programs for the community, work with women's ministry and participate in the music ministry. She enjoys playing the piano, blogging, cooking, gardening and remodeling/decorating old homes.
Bruce and Gina met at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. They were married June 19th, 1993. God has blessed them with two children, Savannah and Tucker.
