Other Staff

Eva

Eva Lee

Eva Lee joined the staff as our part-time secretary in February 2008. She has attended Central Baptist Church since 1980, and asked Christ to be the Lord and Savior of her life at the age of 5. She made this public a few years later at church camp and was baptized at the age of 10. Eva is married to her high-school sweetheart, Landon Lee, and they have one child, Owen. Landon and Eva have been and continue to be involved in various ministries of the church. They have been active in their Sunday school class, worked as counselors in the youth department, helped lead classes for all three age groups in AWANA, and volunteered in the nursery. "I cherish My Church Family that helps mold me into the person God wants me to be. I feel very blessed and privileged to work at Central Baptist Church."

Cindy

Cindy White

Cindy, her husband, David, and their two little ones, Holly and Heath moved to Sulphur Springs in 1978. Central became their church home for several years. In 1991 Cindy and her family returned to Central. Pastor Rhoades married both Holly and Heath. And he had the services for Holly when she went home to be with the Lord in 2006. Central has been an important part of their lives for many years. Cindy began working in the church office in January 2008. Cindy says, “The Lord has blessed us with a wonderful church family where we have love, laughter and sweet fellowship.”

Rudy

Jeremy West

Jeremy has been working as full-time custodian since July of 2003. He was born in 1973 and was raised faithfully at Central by his parents, James and Linda West. His parents worked faithfully throughout his childhood as the leaders of the children's church program, and Jeremy was greatly influenced by their love for children's ministry. In 1994 he married Terri, who had been attending Central since 1985. They now have three boys, Dylan, Dakota and Damon. Both Jeremy and Terri have been active in children's ministries since 1995 and are still very involved today. Jeremy enjoys the opportunity his custodial position gives him to help other ministries and people as well as being a part of the staff in the church he loves.
